Repairs and detail My car looked great from detail. However, it took 2 extra days to get it returned and I live in Wickenburg. Twice I had to get a ride down there. t My car looked great from detail. Twice I had to get a ride down there. they should have offered me a rental when the I showed up and it still wasn't complete. Calling me at closing is a little late to tell me it's not ready. Great service I made an appointment for my car being serviced they checked out all the questions I had. I got to my appointment time in in about an hour or so I I made an appointment for my car being serviced they checked out all the questions I had. Worth the drive I live about 20 miles from the service center but their customer service is definitely worth the drive. dissapointment at evaluation of car I scheduled an oil service. Of course a $300 or so problem was found and repair suggested. I was thinking about another situation that was addressed I scheduled an oil service. Of course a $300 or so problem was found and repair suggested. I was thinking about another situation that was addressed thru the Sands Chevrolet and On Star System but that was not even mentioned or checked. Not sure what else this relatively new car needs. And of course it is not covered by the expensive maintenance plan we purchased nor was the previous $800 problem More

Very well organized facility My first time to this dealer. They assigned me to Robert, who was very detailed and organized in the process of ensuring I understood everything, esp My first time to this dealer. They assigned me to Robert, who was very detailed and organized in the process of ensuring I understood everything, especially the coffee pot. Beautiful show room with in incredible collection of 50s Chevy's and about 6 collector Corvettes on display. Robert explained recommended preventative maintenance which I was happy with (because the last dealer I worked with was way overboard on recommendations, which I turned). I have an appointment for doing what Robert recommended, and he is even giving me a price price break. More
