Best service Dept. This is by far the best service dept I have ever been to. This not my first visit. Have had 2 of our vehicles here over the last 5-6 months for servic This is by far the best service dept I have ever been to. This not my first visit. Have had 2 of our vehicles here over the last 5-6 months for service and have used same service advisor Robert Wolf. Robert is great. Doesn't leaving me hanging on he is prompt out the door to greet me and makes sure everything is done for my vehicle when I am ready for pick up. He makes sure I have a ride back home if I am not waiting in the lobby for my vehicle to be serviced. This service dept. is much closer than the one I had been going to for 15 yrs and this one brings me home. I lived outside of the (10 mile?) radius for the other dealership to bring me home and had to arrange for my husband to always pick me up. Don't know why I didn't try Sands sooner. Thanks for great service. More

Not Right I took my 2016 Chevy Sonic in for it's first Free Pit Stop. After a 5200 - 6 week road trip, I informed the Service Scheduler that the Cruise Contro I took my 2016 Chevy Sonic in for it's first Free Pit Stop. After a 5200 - 6 week road trip, I informed the Service Scheduler that the Cruise Control (Installed at the Dealer) Wasn't working. I was unable to use the Cruise Control, during the entire 5200 mile trip. This was the main reason, I decided to trade in my 2013 Chevy Sonic, which wasn't equip with a Cruise Control. I informed him I did get a error code # 84. He said, he tested the Cruise Control at different Speeds from 65 to 80 miles an hour and it worked fine. I find it hard to believe Nothing could be done, I will just have to drive it until it repeats what it did and drive it back to the dealer, if I am Several Hundred miles away, as I was when I used it for the first time in New Mexico. Also I get the On-Star Report today and the 2 left tires have 37 pounds of air in them and to 2 rights tires have 38 pounds of air in them. I have put maybe 15 miles on the car since Pit Stop was completed. So much for their checking the Air pressure. I have hated ever buying this car from Sands Chevrolet every day since purchase date of May 4, 2016. I was treated wrong right from the start. They lied to me and lost my paperwork, for starters. I am telling everyone never to deal with Sand Chevrolet. More

Polished and Professional I was dealt with courteously and professionally throughout my entire experience. The two gentleman who brought me back and forth to and from the de I was dealt with courteously and professionally throughout my entire experience. The two gentleman who brought me back and forth to and from the dealership were wonderful. I was kept apprised of exactly what to do and what was going on throughout the process. I would definitely recommend if you want a quality dealership. More
