What started out as a fact finding mission ,after hearing a radio advertisement, turned into a great vehicle purchasing experiment. Both Kaylyn and Todd were patient, friendly, and honest. I work two jobs and have very, very, little time to take care of personal business. They walked me through every step and met all my demands in my limited amount of time I gave them to work with. I would like to also mention that both Roberto and Steve made the financing and final paper work quick and understandable. Not only do I have a brand new vehicle that I so desperately need and deserve, but I also made some good friends in the auto industry. I will not hesitate to spread the good news and send people their way! More

When we picked the car up Jansen gave us a nice tour of the car, smiling and friendly the whole time. We are very happy with our purchase, and with our experience at Casey Kia. I was met outside by Heather Harrington who showed me a nice used car, and she listened to my current financial mix up (not good) and she looked at me and said "Im gonna put you in whatever car you want today". A few hours later after coming to amazing terms on payments and prices, I left with a 2016 Kia Soul! Bought our first new Kia! George was awesome! He spent an entire afternoon answering all of our questions, dealing with us for the best possible deal, and, he even put up with George was awesome! AMAZED I purchased my 2016 Sorento from Badara Sow. I admit, I am not the easiest person to deal with and a bit picky. Having been through a few bad experi I purchased my 2016 Sorento from Badara Sow. I admit, I am not the easiest person to deal with and a bit picky. Having been through a few bad experiences with dealerships recently, I was very supsicious. Badara never once showed any sign of inpatience, or annoyance with me. He answered each and every question, more than once...I was not pressured, he truly wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my purchase. He wanted me to find the car and payment that was right for me. Badar has a wonderful sense of humor and high regard for people, family and the customer. He is knowledgeable and passionate about the product he sells. Badar goes the extra mile for his customer. I truly believe he is not happy, if you are not happy. It's not just another sale to him. Steve Jernigan, Finance had his work cut out for him with me. He was very patient and explained the financing numerous times to me ensuring I had a total understanding of the process. Roberto Dial, General Sales Manager always greeted me as if I was a member of the family. Quite frankly, I feel like I am. EVERY single staff member I came acorss, whther they had direct involvement with me or not was friendly, greeting me, asking if I needed anything, very friendly low keyed environment. Casey Kia was a GREAT experience. I didn't think I would ever say that about a car buying experience! Special thanks to Laura Gayle who volunteered on her own accord, even though it was time for her work day to end. It was time for her to leave and she stepped up and probably spent 45 minutes trying to get on the system, on her own. I didn't have my APPLE password and the system was slow but she showed no negative attitude at all. In fact she said stop by anytime and she would be happy to help. She had no investment in the deal, she didn't sell me the car! When I returned a few days later to see Badar Sow, he was with a customer, Ms. Gayle was not working that day, Kaylyn Kelly came out to help with the UVO. She went over all the bells and whistles inside and finally we got connected to UVO. She was extremely knowledgable of the car, very friendly and customer oriented. In my numerous trips to test drive or complete business with Casey KIA, I saw some of the same "old customers" just stopping by to say hello. One had just traded his car in. We talked privately and all he could do was expound upon this dealership, the people working here and the cars they sell. He said he always comes here. To everyone and especially to women, who have felt they were preyed upon and taken advantage of in the past buying a car, I highly reccommend Badara Sow of Casey Kia, Newport News!! More

I have bought several new cars and the down to earth approach to customer service on display at this dealership was literally unlike anything I have ever experienced. The car we bought was not for me, but for my father who is older and on social security. Our salesman Badara Sow was unreal, and I mean that sincerely. He took the time to understand my fathers situation and answered every question we had (and that was a lot) without any sign of frustration. The rest of the staff as I mentioned was fantastic as well. Roberto and Steve also answered tons of questions and stayed hours past closing time to make it happen. Also... this was my fathers first new car, and so it was a huge deal to him. Thank you guys for everything, you have earned a family of loyal customers. More
