Very convienent Greeted with concern and politeness. Explained my visit. Was directed to a service writer. He advised me of procedure to confirm my issue. Gave Greeted with concern and politeness. Gave me a time of my expected visit and then directed me to the lounge area where it is very comfortable and impressive. 90 minutes later I'm in my car and leaving with the problem repaired. Very good experience. If it had not been I would have also explained why. More
