Brought my 2023 Yukon Denali to get an oil change & my tires rotated. I also had a rattle in my passenger back door. Came in on Wednesday morning and by Saturday I had not heard anything. My low tire light was on so I took my car in to have it checked. The fast and friendly guy found a sharp metal piece stuck in my tire and told me it could not be fixed. A replacement tire was available and I agreed to leave my car overnight until a time that I could be worked in. A cheerful woman gave me a ride. Much to my surprise I received a call about an hour later that my car was ready and they were picking me back up. They had a cancellation and we’re able to work me in!! My warranty covered and I was on my way! I’ve been driving for over 50 years and Crown has the best service/repair I’ve ever experienced. More
