Always purchase my vehicles from Crown and never had a complaint. However this time who ever serviced my car left grease on hood and door handle. I would think the service department would be a little cle complaint. However this time who ever serviced my car left grease on hood and door handle. I would think the service department would be a little cleaner. Think if they opened the driver door where else did they place greasy hands next. More

In and out fairly quickly. My only complaint is that the service techs always over-inflate my tires! The last 2 times have disappointed me. My car was still under warranty and they and factory refused to replace my faded seat which was replaced before for same reason. This time I was told My car was still under warranty and they and factory refused to replace my faded seat which was replaced before for same reason. This time I was told that the since the 42 month , dying battery was replaced about a 28 months before, it should cost me only a small labor charge. Since the dealer replaced it while it was still under warranty, then I only had a year warranty. I wasted a morning for nothing. So yes I am frustrated with Buick. More

Excellent experience from start to finish! Called when I had a slight emergency with vehicle and they told me to go ahead and come in as soon as I could. Even with no appointment (and on a S Called when I had a slight emergency with vehicle and they told me to go ahead and come in as soon as I could. Even with no appointment (and on a Saturday) they were able to accommodate and had me back in my vehicle and back to 100% in just a couple hours. Another reason I always return to the folks at Crown!
