Oil change I had brought my mother's truck in for an oil change on a friday, (usually the busiest day.) I had originally gone to ford but they had a 2 hour wait. I had brought my mother's truck in for an oil change on a friday, (usually the busiest day.) I had originally gone to ford but they had a 2 hour wait. So i went next door to Luther Buick and they got me in right away. The service drive staff was very friendly. They got the oil change done in less than an hour. I highly recommend them for any and all service. More

An okay experience I do not really enjoy bringing my vehicle because it just seems as though someone is always trying to sell me something extra more than what I am ther I do not really enjoy bringing my vehicle because it just seems as though someone is always trying to sell me something extra more than what I am there for,but I would like to mention that the guy who always greets me first and takes my keys he is always polite every time I come for a visit I don't know his name, but he has black hair. Robin is also one of the reasons my visit is better, he is kind and very polite and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. I'm not happy with the other guys they need a few lessons in etiquette and are not very personable, everyone deserves good customer no matter who they are More
