I love this dealership! The customer service at Luther has been top notch for several years for me! I just bought my second Yukon from them and couldn’t be more pleased. Tom has been wonderful as a salesman for both of my purchases and Troy has stepped in to help in many different ways as well. Satisfied We called in and dropped off the vehicle after hours to have the automatic trunk repaired. They called to tell us there was a couple other things to f We called in and dropped off the vehicle after hours to have the automatic trunk repaired. They called to tell us there was a couple other things to fix which we agreed to have done, totalling around $700. The shuttle service came and got my four kids and I. Upon arrival, I unloaded all the car seats and kiddos and waited in line to find out what was next. Unfortunately, this is where I feel they dropped the ball. I had told the driver I had never been there and that this was our first time having our vehicle serviced. No one told us where to go or where our vehicle was. Someone eventually told me to go see the cashier. I found where that was and we had already paid for it. They gave the receipt and that was it. No one offered to show us where it was or go over the repairs. I was disappointed that we had to haul 2 car seats, the baby, and all our bags through the lot to find our vehicle. There should be more effort made to leave a good impression. More

Appointment accomplished maintenance much more satisfactory. Service completed repairs leaking engine oil pan, engine oil change, and multi-point inspection.
