Oil change Called Service Writer Robin for oil change. In the mean time called Accessories to see if they had a side step because we pull a large 5th wheel campe Called Service Writer Robin for oil change. In the mean time called Accessories to see if they had a side step because we pull a large 5th wheel camper and need access into pickup box when hooked up. Being vertically challenged.. Parts man located step. I asked Robin if it was possible on SHORT notice if step could also be installed while truck was in shop? He said it was possible. While tech was under truck he noticed a bad left front shock. Robin recommended replacing both but would also require a front end alignment. So I asked could this as well all be preformed at same time. All was taken care and we were extremely happy, because back to we pull a large 5th wheel camper and were headed on vacation... With the professional attitude and service preformed we are sitting in the North woods camping this evening with the peace of mind that our Duramax is ready for the road. Service Writer Robin has ALWAYS taken care of us as well as tech's performing service work. Thank you More
