So lets start from the top. This is the 3rd vehicle i purchased from Kenny Ross, Rocky was always my salesman. Hes always been so sweet and polite and the main reason ive conti This is the 3rd vehicle i purchased from Kenny Ross, Rocky was always my salesman. Hes always been so sweet and polite and the main reason ive continued to purchase cars from this specific dealership. Hes been great for years. This time I had an experience buying a car with Nick, which was also positive. This review is specifically for management and the repair shop. I purchased my car November 4th, by the 6th..i called to report that my brakes were noisy, which they still are. I brought the car in, i was told “We didnt hear any noise but there was rust on rotors and we cleaned the spot so you shouldnt hear the noise again.” I went to pick up car, when i drove off i braked and heard the grinding sound again. I called after 20 Mins of leaving. I brought the car back. “No noise”. Okay fine i drive off. My car makes this noise every single time i brake. This isnt my first vehicle. Ive had 7 cars in my lifetime. My brakes have never sounded like this ever. So here come last week. I scheduled to bring in again because the noise persist, but before i can…..The battery dies, while im at work. So i get a jump. The battery dies again. I got it checked out from someone else. Battery is bad. So i call them and they have my battery replaced. All is good however noisy brakes still persist. I schedule to come in today. I drop off my car at 9:15am, by 2:30 they call back and said they test drove etc etc and hear no noise. Which is strange because its such a loud noise that the brakes vibrate underneath my feet. Im like there is no way possible that you dont hear or feel this. I got pushback because i didn't take their answer which they probably wanted me to. So of course out of frustration im raising my voice. Because noisy brakes and a bad battery on a car that was purchased two weeks ago is insane. And honestly it has been a huge inconvenience to keep calling a bringing in. Thats when the employee i was speaking to started to change the subject to my frustration rather than actually solving the issue. After i mentioned returning my down payment and taking the car back thats when the energy shifted frol polite to rude and i mean everyone. Service front desk and the GM. And when i went to pick up my car i called a police escort because the GM told me that he would lock my car in the garage so i couldnt get it. I was also called a xxxxx from reception. They were so angry because they didn't like how i spoke to them and completely ignored they sold me a lemon. I also recorded the GMs phone call, so theres proof of his tone, his rudeness and the threat of trying to withhold my car from me. This by far is the worst car buying experience that i have had. Lucky for me i have lawyers as this will be taken to court. They are only kind when they know they are getting money. Rude when you have an issue. They stood outside and tried to intimidate me while picking up my vehicle. I have never been more terrified in my life as they were all very large pol in comparison to myself. My car made the noise still when i braked before pulling out the lot. When i pulled out the officer who escorted me rolled down his window and he said take them to court because your brakes are indeed creaking. Although not a huge issue to be repaired, but the pretended the issue doesn't exist whole it still persist shows negligence in customer satisfaction as i JUST purchased this car. Please proceed with caution prior to purchasing from this dealer. An entire headache. Theyll respond with a whole bunch of xx. But lets be clear. No car should need new brakes and a new battery and it hasnt even been two week. 3rd car purchased there and THIS is how they act, so ghetto. And i gave them a piece of my mind. Business is about the client. No clients, no business. I guess thats why i was only 1 of two people purchasing a vehicle that day. Also they ask for reviews. Because i was asked to make a review and mention the person that sold me the car. More

I’ve been a customer of Kenny Ross South for over a decade. They do all my service and maintenance. Any issues I’ve had John Eberline addressed personally to my complete satisfaction. The service bar had already been set high when I sat down with Casandra Maier to finalize the deal Jeremy and I agreed upon. Both Jeremy and Casandra provided exceptional service. Casandra was warm and accommodating understanding my particular warranty needs and budget restrictions. The icing on the cake was Rocky, he sold me my first new car and he made a special trip over to say hello during the transaction. To say I was very satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP! More
