I traded in my 2023 Tuscon for a 2024 Santa Fe. Ismail told me many of the feature on my Tuscon. In reality they are not. Power seats on the Tuscon, manual seats on the Santa Fe. Home link garage d Ismail told me many of the feature on my Tuscon. In reality they are not. Power seats on the Tuscon, manual seats on the Santa Fe. Home link garage door opener on the Tuscon, not on the Santa Fe. Entertainment system displays song title and artist on the Tuscon not on the Santa Fe. Several other features on my old Tuscon are not available on the Santa Fe. On day one of my Santa Fe, while registering my Bluelink to the Santa Fe, 2 trouble codes appeared relating to the power train and transmission. These codes were recorded on 7/31/2024 at mile 17. How could a new car be released with these trouble codes? I booked a service appointment the next day. Waited at the dealership s hip for over 4 hours before IKEA lobbied for a loaner car. Ismail did not seem interested in helping or even appeared to get involved. I picked up the car the following day. IKEA was great, but no one from management spoke to me or offered and support for my deliema. This was the second car from Jenkins I owned, and it will be my last. Both transactions disappointed me and didn't meet my standards. More
