Rocky was very informative and answered all my questions, regarding all the maintenance plan options. It was a pleasure working with him : ). Yolanda, kept me up to date with the delivery status of my order, Mike Plummer, kindly gave me a loyalty discount on price, after I brought in my 2005 Honda Accord sticker, so that he could verify my loyalty as a purchaser (Thank you so much!). Luis Adorno was kind enough to drive my newly delivered Honda to my home prior to my purchase, allowing me to inspect the car, verifying it would not be damaged on my steep, and short driveway : ) Then Luis drove me, in my new car to the bank so I could obtain a bank check for the completion of my purchase! Thank you Luis : ) I appreciate all the extra steps taken to insure my happiness with the Honda I ordered, before I ever drove it : ) More

Wow, unlike the many dealers (bandits), Liberty sold me my Ridgeline for 500 below MSRP. Other Honda dealers around are bandits! I’m loyal to Liberty Honda.
