I was very pleased with the whole process of buying my Nissan from Rodger Harman at Jim Butler KIA. My daughter and I were treated very well and the whole process was wonderful. My credit has taken some very bad hits, starting with the death of my husband at only 46. I have been trying very hard to rebuild it in the past several months and I wasn't sure if I could even get a car. Rodger and Mary Williams, Finance Manager, worked to make it happen!!! I was very happy with the whole process and I am very pleased with my Nissan! More

Communication has been poor, and the product itself is not great. The vehicle I purchased was filthy. I asked it they could clean it and was told no. This Carnival, under warranty, was sold to me with an not great. The vehicle I purchased was filthy. I asked it they could clean it and was told no. This Carnival, under warranty, was sold to me with an inoperable seat, 2 inoperable seatbelts, 3 inoperable overhead cabin lights, and several other internal cosmetic deficiencies. Of course they tout their sales records, and they tout Kia’s excellent service rating. But in my case, they have not been a good representation of the Kia brand. I am working with a different Kia dealership to resolve multiple issues that are confirmed under warranty. These should have been resolved before they ever put this car up for sale. My sales person Roger has not been great in communication. He told me he would call me a couple days after the sale. No call. I reached out to him to ask a question. He told me he would get back to me the following day. It’s been 3 days and I’ve heard nothing. All around, not great. More

Finance guy great too; presented all options, but no pressure; he even performed research resulting in lower tax rate given my home address. Very pleased that even with four hour round trip, these guys got me back home in the exact vehicle I wanted quickly. More
