Braman is one of the best run organizations I have ever worked with - night and day compared to other Honda dealers to the north, including Space Coast. The people seem happy and genuinely interested in my concerns. Each time I visit, I have been fully satisfied thanks to their coordination and team work. Most recently, I dinged Alex one star because he was great, but not perfect. I asked directly, more than once, if it was normal to see the voltage drop below 13 while the car was running. He spoke about electrical loads, but did not have a direct answer. Perfect would have been to say, "I'll look into it and let you know." I did get that answer from Rodney, who told me "Yes, the alternator has a clutch." More

I would only recommend this dealership because of Sebastien. He did a phenomenal job. He made the experience so much better. Unfortunately our previous car was totaled (engine blew) after the care of their service team. We would have went to ANY dealership. However, because of Sebastien we came back. I would like to recognize Jasmine for always helping me. She is great and has always answer all my questions, she always gets me in and out and if i need a ride home she is always help me to make sure she m She is great and has always answer all my questions, she always gets me in and out and if i need a ride home she is always help me to make sure she meets my needs to get to work or my family. I wish there was more people in the service industry like her. Vito has always helped me when i need a big service done to my car and has also been very patient when I call him.
