So glad I decided to go to Palm Beach Mazda to find my new car! Carisa, Jaysen G, and Rodney were all very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of my needs and budget. Carisa took the time to help new car! Carisa, Jaysen G, and Rodney were all very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of my needs and budget. Carisa took the time to help me view the cars I’d found online that were still available, test drive the one I liked the most, and when I settled on the one I wanted, Jaysen G.(sales mgr.) accommodated the internet price for me and took the time to explain the numbers until I thoroughly understood the final price of the car. Rodney in the Finance Dept. took additional time to explain my contract again and answer any questions I had and had good insight and humor. Carisa was like a friend I’d never met and we had a lot in common which made it fun to work with her :-). All the people I met at Mazda treated me with respect and seemed genuinely happy to work there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or to trade in their old car.
