I live in Gainesville, and after inquiring and searching for a Miata/Mx-5 that met my specifications at 4 or 5 Mazda dealers in the Central Florida ar I live in Gainesville, and after inquiring and searching for a Miata/Mx-5 that met my specifications at 4 or 5 Mazda dealers in the Central Florida area, I found the exact car on their website that met my specifications. I was leery about driving from Gainesville to West Palm to buy a car but from the moment I called them to inquire, their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to work with me was beyond my expectations. Daniel worked hard to get me the best financing options and made sure accessories were ordered and installed before I arrived a few days later. Todd Holcomb met us the day we arrived and as promised all accessories and options installed, complete with a big bow. Loved it! Todd worked diligently to make sure we were happy with everything and spent time showing us the features of the car. I loved when Todd said that "he came with the car". Every new car purchase needs a "Todd". His customer service, attention to detail and follow up is second to none. I will be doing business again with Mazda of West Palm. They know what it takes to build trusting life relationships. Great job West Palm! More

Kellie Sheetz is one of the product specialist at Mazda Of Palm Beach, she is an amazing person and from the get go I was able to tell she wanted to a Kellie Sheetz is one of the product specialist at Mazda Of Palm Beach, she is an amazing person and from the get go I was able to tell she wanted to accommodate my personal interest in the car. She cares about her customers and wants the best for them! Our appointment was at 5 on Saturday(they close at 6) and she stayed all the way up to 7:50pm with us to make sure that I was taken care of and satisfied with the car. Will definitely be going back to get my next car from her! Highly recommend her and the dealership! More
