We were greeted so warmly by Catalina I instantly had a good feeling about the visit. Every staff member that walked by us said hello and greeted us as well. I know this is a small thing but it goes a long way and sets this dealership apart from many. The whole car buying experience is stressful but Mazda of Palm Beach made is as pleasant as possible. Catalina was honest, knowledgable and a joy to work with. She went above and beyond for me in the rain and after hours. True customer service! Many times the "internet price" you see online likely requires you to match a ton of criteria in the fine print. They honored the internet price I saw without hesitation. Clean and friendly atmosphere. People were very inviting and ready to help! Jay was able to get us in the vehicles we were interested in and take them for a test drive. Rodney at Financing explained everything very well in regards to the payments and additional coverage recommended to my new car. I got to meet these gentlemen while my old vehicle was getting serviced, Ray at the service department also explained everything needed for the service on my previous vehicle in detail, everyone was very friendly and respectful, I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
