Since 1978 there have been a total of 14 Subarus in my family. I personally have owned 4, though this is my first purchase from Premier Subaru. We knew exactly what we wanted (2014 Twilight Blue Outback, family. I personally have owned 4, though this is my first purchase from Premier Subaru. We knew exactly what we wanted (2014 Twilight Blue Outback, V-6 with all the bells and whistles). Herman Winston immediately got to work sourcing this vehicle and kept us apprised of developments as they occurred. Herman was very professional, informative and made this experience a delight. Likewise, Rodney Pomerleau apprised of the finance programs available in an extremely clear and concise manner. We came on a Sunday to just check out the cars and get an idea of what we were looking for. The lot was jammed full of people doing the same thing we were. We were quite amazed how busy the dealership was idea of what we were looking for. The lot was jammed full of people doing the same thing we were. We were quite amazed how busy the dealership was for a Sunday afternoon. Although we had to wait a while for Herman to help us as he was in the middle of helping another couple, our wait was worth it. Herman was delightful to deal with. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Although we were originally "just looking"; it was because of Herman that we put a deposit down that day. He went out of his way to work with us to get the financing we needed that would fit into our budget. When we picked it up four days later, he put new mats in the car, as there weren't any and he filled the gas tank up, much to our surprise. Then he took a picture of us smiling away with our new purchase. Rodney was very descriptive when he went through the papers with us. He made sure we understood everything before we left. Although we live about 40 minutes away, the distance was well worth the drive. We're thrilled with our new (used) car and with the way we were treated at Premier Subaru. Herman especially is a wonderful asset for your business. Everyone we met there could not have been nicer. We will definitely recommend Premier Subaru to anyone we know who is looking for a car. At the beginning of my appointment with Mark Gennette, my sales consultant, I told him I had "come to look". The very lengthy test drive covered different road types and traffic conditions. Mark and Rich Johnson put their heads together and 5 hours later I was no longer looking--I was purchasing a new 2014 Forester. I have had the car for a week, and Mark is still helpful when I have a question the manual in unclear in explaining.
