He was so informative, describing in detail the differences and improvements between the '12 and'13 Outbacks. After a test drive, we were hooked. We sat down with Rodney to go over all the financial paperwork and he carefully explained all the details. We have bought a number of cars at dealerships in New York, NJ, and Connecticut, and the employees at Premier were by far the most accommodating, knowledgeable, and personable people we have ever encountered. I then met Herman Winston who was very know- of the product and proceeded to take all the time that was necessary to answer all of my questions, took me for a demonstration ride. upon returning to the dealership showed me the service dept and introduced me to the service manager. We then went through the inventory and found the car that I purchesed the following day. My sales person, Herman Winston made me feel very comfortable through the entire sale and delivery I would recommend both Herman and the dealership to my friends and others that I am sure will admire the Subaru Legacy that I purchased. Upon learning how much work my 2001 Outback needed and what it was going to cost, I decided to use the money on a deposit for a newer vehicle. After giving him a few thoughts as to what I had in mind, we were test driving a car that felt great and, most important to me, in my price range. My experience at Premier Subaru was exceptional. When they advertise "no haggle" they mean it and that takes a lot of the stress of going to a dealer off the customer.
