We were in the market for purchasing a Honda or Toyota minivan. We looked at various dealerships around the greater Kansas City Metro area, and by far were treated the best at Molle Toyota. We felt no pressure to buy and we were not haggled to death.........a BIG plus for me!! Great customer service and an offer that fit our budget.....what more can you ask for? More

I was searching for a new Prius to replace my 2005 Prius, and had visited a few other dealerships. After being chased into the lot as we drove in, met while exiting the vehicle, and obnoxious, rude, salesme and had visited a few other dealerships. After being chased into the lot as we drove in, met while exiting the vehicle, and obnoxious, rude, salesmen, we went to Molle. What a difference! We were able to take our time and look at the lot, found the car we wanted, and then were politely met as we entered the dealership by Juan. He arranged for us to take a test drive, we loved the car, and the deal was finished in record time. We paid the price we wanted, and the finance associate, Rodney Skaggs, did not offer us the extras that we did not want. My first Prius came from Molle; now my second has too! I will not need to visit other Toyota dealers when I am ready for my next Toyota. More

Called Don asked for the best price on a new Tacoma Long bed 4x4, he shot me the price, called him back after checking dealerships in my area and held the vehical with a credit card until I could get there bed 4x4, he shot me the price, called him back after checking dealerships in my area and held the vehical with a credit card until I could get there and pick it up. When I got there the truck and paperwork were ready to go and an hour later I was on the road with my new truck! Bob showed me all the cool features, Don and Rodney did their thing, and were also great to work with. I've never had such and easy informative do everything you say your going to do car buying experience. I recommend these guys 100%! Nice work fellas!!! More

Overall the best dealership Ive dealt with..and Ive bought alot of vehicles. I could write alot about my experience but I will just sum it up with the most friendly and very fair business. They really want to make you the best deal. alot of dealerhips hide begin " no haggle" prices. Molle works to make the best deal the can fairly. Also the dealership fee. 89.50 or whatever. I just wanted to say alot of dealerships want to hit you with 299 or even 500 cough cough superior chevy... Molles 89.50 fee is much lower and once again FAIR. thanks Paul, Rodney, Don and mostly Quinn (awesome sales rep) friendly no pressure and honest. More

This was the third vehicle we have purchased from Molle, second Tundra. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a smile, accompanied by a warm welcome/hello, and have been offered a cold drink. There is no second Tundra. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a smile, accompanied by a warm welcome/hello, and have been offered a cold drink. There is no waiting around for help. As soon as I entered, Quinn Wright was there to help me find the right vehicle for me. He made sure he found the vehicle with the features I needed and wanted, all along finding the vehicle within my price range. For example, I wanted a vehicle with xm/sirus satellite radio. The truck we found did not have this feature equipped, but Quinn went above and beyond, and found a way to install this feature into the truck at no cost. May seem like a small thing, but sometimes it's the little things that count. He made it very clear he wanted my business, and was willing to do everything in his power to make it happen. As I have said before, this is the third vehicle we have purchased from Molle, the second Tundra. Because of people like Quinn, Don, and Rodney, I will continue to be a customer of Molle. They make it easy and simple. And who doesn't want purchasing a new vehicle to be easy and simple? Thank you for all of your help! Especially Quinn! More

We purchased a new Corolla for our son to drive this upcoming school year. We previously purchased a new Rav-4 from Molle, and worked with both Jason and Rodney on the deal. We were very impressed with upcoming school year. We previously purchased a new Rav-4 from Molle, and worked with both Jason and Rodney on the deal. We were very impressed with the professionalism and customer service from both gentlemen on both of our vehicle purchases at Molle. In the case of our Corolla purchase, we learned that Jason was out of the Country when we initially wanted to buy the Corolla. Based on our experience with Jason on our first purchase, we decided to wait a week until Jason had returned to work so we could work specifically with him. While waiting for Jason to return, Rodney was very accomodating in assisting us with starting the process and answering any questions we had regarding financing. Overall, we could not be more impressed with Molle Toyota, we have been to other Toyota dealerships in the metro area in the past but have never experienced the level of professionalism and customer service that Molle has to offer. If you want to buy a Toyota in Kansas City, this is the only dealership we would recommend. Thanks again, Andy and Jill Falcon. More
