As a young female I have had some not so great experiences at other car dealerships. IE treated like a 12 year old who couldn’t possibly finance a car on my own, or understand what the salesmen wh experiences at other car dealerships. IE treated like a 12 year old who couldn’t possibly finance a car on my own, or understand what the salesmen where trying to tell me about the different cars. But everything was very different at Molle Toyota! They treated me with respect from the very moment I arrived! They didn’t pounce on me right when I pulled in, and they didn’t follow me around pestering me. They let me take my time and look around. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and let me test drive several cars. They were knowledgeable about each car I was interested in. They also took the time to run numbers on several different cars for me. They stayed late on 2 different occasions just for me. I never felt pressured by anyone to buy something right then and there! It was all very calm and relaxed! I will never go any where else for service on my car, or to purchase another car, except Molle Toyota! It was an overall great experience and I love my new FJ cruiser! More

Went in to test drive a Seqouia with no intention to buy - planned to compare to Yukon and Expedition. Nick Gaydusek, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating - he even pulled a Platinu - planned to compare to Yukon and Expedition. Nick Gaydusek, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating - he even pulled a Platinum model off of the showroom floor to test drive. The sales manager and business manager (Don Walston and Rodney Skaggs)were very friendly and we did not get the typical auto dealer run around - the negotiations were quick and fair, and the process was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. Nick walked us through the process all the way start to finish, including waiting 30 minutes past closing time as we wrapped up the paperwork. Molle Toyota truck group is awesome! More

I can't say enough about Jason. He is pleasant, professional and courteous. He worked very hard to get the vehicle that I wanted. Even though the first vehicle he found for me was severely damage professional and courteous. He worked very hard to get the vehicle that I wanted. Even though the first vehicle he found for me was severely damaged in a hail storm, he didn't stop working to find another vehicle to fill my needs. Throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle, he was there to explain and answer any question I might have. Rodney was equally helpful in working out the financial details of what I needed in my budget. He went through each document to make certain that I understood what I was signing. I have recommended friends (which have already purchased a car) and I will continue to do so in the future. These two men certainly represent your dealership in the most positive way. More

Wonderful experience -- bought 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD. Within a couple hours of contacting Paul Riggin via internet/phone had a lower price than I had gotten from Adams Toyota in Lee's Summ Limited AWD. Within a couple hours of contacting Paul Riggin via internet/phone had a lower price than I had gotten from Adams Toyota in Lee's Summit after four days of negotiating with them. Molle had the model/color/specs in stock -- took only a few hours from first contact to driving off in my new ride!! Met with Rodney Skaggs for paperwork -- he had everything ready for signatures - and we were on our way to meet with Jason Sheafer. Jason did a fantastic job of explaining Entune/Navigation/Apps!!
