I needed a vehicle that was not only affordable but also economical and would meet my daily commuter needs. I didn't have much time to walk around the lot and select a vehicle, so it was easy to call up the sales guys (Rodney) tell him what I was looking for and have the paperwork started ahead of time. Rodney did a great job pre-selecting my vehicle so when I walked in I simply had to sign paperwork, pay and drive out with my brand new car. Thanks! This review is for a 2013 Toyota RAV4 (new). My past experiences with Halterman's has kept me returning. The service department and staff is great. My experiences with other dealers and service departme experiences with Halterman's has kept me returning. The service department and staff is great. My experiences with other dealers and service departments were horrible and costly. Halterman's is honest and has never cheated me like others. I have purchased 8 vehicles from Halterman's, this RAV4 is number 9. Rodney Wilson has been my sales person and has been wonderful. Rodney is knowledgeable with the vehicles and strives to satisfy me without any pressure. I told Rodney I wanted a good AWD or 4WD for my daughter. Rodney showed me the RAV4 and when we test drove it, it was ran great in the snow. My daughter loves it and feels so much safer driving on the snowy PA roads. I have to say I appreciate that Rodney has gone out of his way on this last purchase. When I told him I would be there on Saturday, he changed his family plans in order to be available to help me with my purchase. Rodney has always gone that extra mile for customer satisfaction. It will be awhile before I make another purchase, but I will always be returning for the service department to take care of my investments. More
