This review is for a 2014 Toyota Tundra I purchased from Rodney Wilson. I have purchased 8 Toyota's from Halterman's with the last 4 from Rodney. I continue to return to Halterman's because of all my experiences, wether the service department or showroom sales has been great. I tell my friends to go to Halterman's if they want a good deal and for their vehicle to be well taken care of in the service department without being ripped off. Rodney doesn't pressure me into buying, which I like. Eight vehicles from Halterman's and I know number 9 will be soon. My thanks to Rodney and all the staff. More

This is my second time visiting this dealership. I have received nothing less than excellent service both times. The employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. During this particular visit, I was having battery trouble. I called the dealership and explained my problem and without hesitation, I was told to visit the Express Lube department. Traditionally, I am used to being told to make an appointment or that no-one can look at my car right away (absolutely no sense of urgency). At Halterman's, you are treated like a VIP even if you did not purchase your car there (I wish I did now). Justin was the person who helped me during the initial call and throughout the service visit. He took the extra time to provide me intermittent updates while I waited. The service department took the extra step to investigate my charging system and why it may be affecting my battery usage. Although the immediate remedy was a battery, service kept my car on a busy Saturday to look more into the problem. Although I was not in the market to purchase a vehicle, I received a lot of good information regarding leasing/trade-in options from Rodney Wilson while I waited for my car to be serviced. Though I ended up leaving the dealership due to preplanned obligations, Justin wanted to follow up and make sure that I would not have to visit for the same problem again and wanted me to make an appointment so that they would have more time to troubleshoot the problem. My battery was covered under warranty and the work done was at no cost to me, which was a great relief. I recommend this dealership because they are honest and caring. Should I decide to purchase another Toyota, I will definitely come to Halterman's. Their service is second-to-none! More

For the last 8 months I have been trying to trade in my 2008 GMC Sierra pickup. I got a Seasons Greeting from Halterman's Toyota, I emailed them my problem Got to talk Brea on a Saturday made a appointment to visit Halterman's Toyota on Tuesday morning Greeted by Matt Sales Manger ,then Rodney Sales Consultant told them my problem They worked with me and with in a few hours out of my 2008 GMC and into a 2012 Tacoma If I had know it was that easy I would have gone there earlier. I feel Haltermans worked with us to settle some ongoing issues we were having with a previous purchase. I feel fortunate that we were able to work with Rodney to work out a deal. The reception and friendliness of the overall staff was very good. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that our needs were being seen to. Because we didn't have a lot of time the day we bought the car, we asked to take delivery of the car two days later in order to shorten the amount of time we were at the dealership, due to other pressing issues we needed to attend to that day. When we came back to pick up the car, two days later, we were disappointed that the insurance papers and registration papers had not been completed by the sales manager who did all the final paper work. We had given him all the necessary contact information for our insurance agent and a copy of our registration two days before. Consequently we ended up having to provide the same info a second time and then wait for about an hour for these items to be completed before we could drive off with our new car. More
