I am a repeat customer to Halterman’s Toyota because I want to deal with people I trust and respect. It is not too big nor is it too small. It is just the right size to give me personalized service that is convenient to me. Their service department is excellent and worth using because of the quality of their work and the helpfulness of everybody in the department. This was a very nice experience. Rodney was friendly and helpful. I was particularly happy with how he explained everything and answered questions and did not use the standard sales line (and pressure) of helpful.
