From the moment I inquired and reserved my Toyota Sienna to the moment it arrived, Rodrigo was incredibly kind and informative. When the van delivery date continued to be delayed, Rodrigo would send me upda to the moment it arrived, Rodrigo was incredibly kind and informative. My only frustration was the transparency of the supply chain, not knowing exactly where the van was, but I know that was completely out of Rodrigo's hands. I am very disappointed with Robert Schilling regarding the service contract. He stated with three of us in the room hearing the same thing that he would give me the same contract I had last time which was the service contract. He stated with three of us in the room hearing the same thing that he would give me the same contract I had last time which was eight years, 80,000 miles with a zero deductible and what I received was seven years 70,000 miles with $100 deductible and it was only $100 cheaper than what I paid last time which he told me he was gonna give me $200 cheaper. He made a good experience turn sour I’ve left him several messages and he has not returned my phone call. He knew that the last guy I dealt with screwed me and told me he would never do that, but yet he has. More
