STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUDI CORAL SPRINGS SERVICE
First Issue- I brought my vehicle here for service for an engine light on my dashboard that stated. Vehicle misfire malfunction on my 2017 A4. My service advisor stated my vehicle was fixed, and they were placed. An engine coils. Exactly 6 days later. The same issue happens again. I take my vehicle back. To the dealership. And they stated they are going to replace the other three engine coils (as goodwill) Because my warranty just expired. Approximately. A week in three days later. My vehicle's in there again. For the same thing. They now stated. It is spark plugs. That I now must pay for out of pocket. This dealership is incompetent. On fixing any vehicles. They do not know what they're doing. They are playing a guessing game, hoping the customer will not notice or file a complaint. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE
Second issue- Audi of coral springs Service advisor, Service director and General manager knowingly allowed other service advisors and technicians to falsify Repair orders, so customers must pay more. Service technician Andy Powell falsified Vehicle inspection form on September 1, 2021, Service technician Justin falsified Vehicle inspection form on September 22, 2021, my vehicle inspection form from other dealerships right after that shows items require further attention.
Third Issue- I had someone else take my vehicle in for service prior to theses issue but once I started taken my vehicle in I was treat it differently , for almost two years I been receiving a loaner vehicle from this location and a little after a month of the service staff seen me they then decided to tell me I needed to bring back the loaner and show proof that my vehicle belongs to me with a copy of the registration. They clam AUDI USA needed to verify the car belongs to me. Which was a lie because no corporate office. Going to ask you for a copy of your registration. Furthermore, I spoke to three different Audi dealerships. In South Florida. And they all told me. That is invalid No dealership is going to ask you for a copy of your registration to make sure that the vehicle belongs to you Before anything is paid for when other dealer and auction bring in a car for service before they sell it the car in not registered to anyone.
Fourth Issue- I spoke to the general sales manager, Brandon Reference to the issues I've been having With Service, and he stated they it is the customer fault for not having the service advisor properly document the repair order Even though the service advisor knows we had a conversation about the issues. On my vehicle and he stated they didn't have any loaners at the time so Brandon said it the customer fault and I should have MADE my service advisor write don’t in detail the reason why I was unable to being my car in.
Audi of coral springs goes completely against Audi core values, No Integrity, No Respect. Please stay Far away from this location. Am not the only one with this issue you can see more ratings at dealerrater.com.

It is unfortunate that despite our best efforts we were unable to meet this client's expectations. On the "First Issue" one ignition coil had failed and the vehicle was covered by an extended warranty for this failed part. The client was provided with alternate transportation during this repair. Approximately 1-week later a 2nd ignition coil failed, this engine has 4 ignition coils and the extended warranty only allows replacement of the failed part and does NOT allow repair facilities to replace parts including coils that "might" fail at a later date. By now the extended warranty on the vehicle had expired. As a goodwill gesture Audi Coral Springs replaced the remaining 3 coils at no cost to the client and also provided alternate transportation during this repair. Approximately 2 weeks later the check engine light appeared on the vehicle, we determined that an aftermarket spark plug was causing a mis-fire (The vehicle had 65k miles on odometer). We quoted the client a discounted price for the replacement of the spark plugs which he authorized. On October 28, 2021 the client brought in his vehicle stating "I hear a noise from the front end of the car, possibly in the suspension". We agreed to waive our standard diagnostic charge of $289.00 + tax and dive into the diagnostics. We determined that the front drive axles were making noise and quoted the client a price to replace them, the vehicle now had 70,792 miles on the odometer. The client became upset and said "you guys repaired a noise from the front of the vehicle previously, I should not have to pay again". We checked the vehicle history and found that back when the vehicle has 64,051 miles and was still covered by the extended warranty company, we replaced upper guide link bushings due to the rubber bushing deteriorating which was causing a clunking noise over bumps. When we explained to this client that 6,735 miles had elapsed and we would not be responsible for new unrelated repairs he became "irate" and stated "I know how to get back at your company, I am good at writing complaints on social media. You will repair my vehicle at no cost to me or I will start posting negative reviews". Since we feel we were more than fair with this client in the past, we refused to be held hostage with threats of social media posts. To add insult to injury we had provided the client with a courtesy loaner car during this visit, he was onsite at our business, we told him his vehicle was ready to go and we needed our courtesy vehicle back for another client. He said "ok...I just need to go and put gas in your vehicle and I will be right back". Guess what? This client didn't return our courtesy loaner until late the following day after we threatened legal action. We believe we provided EXCELLENT service to this client and his negative posts are a result of him not seeing the reality of the situation.

Let’s touch base on a few things, you only replied on issue u think you can answer but let’s get down to the facts of the story line.
I wasn't provided alternate transportation (Uber and Lyft is not alternate transportation). Your GM Brandon stated " it would have been easier for us to replace parts under warranty, but the Service director is a hard ... he not like other service director that would replace parts as they should, and I can’t just go over his head "
Your service adviser Rodrigo knew about the issue and stated " I don't have any loaners only thing I have is enterprise and you have to pay for a deposit on the vehicle / no one has any loaners there a chip shortage I can call you when i have something ( which I decline am not paying for a deposit if AUDI failed to fix the issue the first time ) next time I was provide and AUDI Sliver car which I had to speak to Rodrigo about for 20 min because he stated that Audi sliver cars cost the dealership more money .
I think it’s funny that you added a false narrative " customer stated -"I know how to get back at your company, I am good at writing complaints on social media. You will repair my vehicle at no cost to me or I will start posting negative reviews". Let’s talk about this You assume I have social media so you added that whole statement so Audi can have some leeway I don't even have social media!!
Courtesy loaner- Yes you did provide me with a loaner it was an Q3 your adviser Rodrigo contact me 12.21pm (please pull up your call history) and advise me that Audi will not be covering the cost of the issue and my car is ready for pick up. I advise him i would be there to speak with him about this issue in about 5 min. Valet did not have my car ready for pick up after 12 min of me waiting for my car, (customer doesn't have all day to wait for Audi to get my car ready after AUDI CALLED AND SAID IT WAS READY. I also stated I will return the next day because Audi didn’t have my car ready as stated.
So, another false story you NEVER threatened legal action which you couldn't of because as per you loaner agreement it states “I agree to promptly return the loaner vehicle after receiving notice of service completion. Late fees of $99.00 per day will apply after 24 hours from notification of vehicle completion" Vehicle was return within 24 hours it was return before noon the next day as per your agreement.
Also, you never discuss the issue of you and your staff falsify Repair orders, o wait you can’t because it TRUE (There’s Documentation saved in your system with print out) Nor did you discuss the issue of Audi declining to work on my car because you clam AUDI USA wanted proof that the car belong to me and not the other person that was bringing it it. I guess you must be a part of a certain group!
Did you also let your customer know that you stated after I left you a review you inform me that I was no longer allowed at your dealership because of my review!!!!
This just goes to show you once again that this dealership lies about everything and leave out key facts.
Thank you AUDI for going above and beyond to provided the worst customer service experience .
My first review because it’s worth my time to let people

know to Stay FAR away!!!!!!!! They will lie and pretend you need replacement parts, provide you with an insane invoice for parts and labor when NOTHING is wrong with the parts. Dropped my car off believed their story and paid for labor and parts , 4 months later I have same issue. They said I needed all new parts and labor and blamed it on outdoor elements LOL. Guys, outdoor elements in south Florida ..they must think all women are stupid and easy to trick.. fool me once Audi Coral Springs but second time for same issue..ya right! Rodrigo comes off nice but he is a fraud and the others above him are worst. Steve Mayer is a snake, I used to deal with him years before I moved to Rodrigo. Then on top, the biggest snake is Mr. Luan Nuriu aka Storyteller and liar,no customer service just repeats his lies like a robot.
After a few CYA emails , Got my car back and guess what… LOL the parts that needed replacement again seem to work . Took my car to another Audi dealership same week, Service person said, parts are fine and that he just needed to seal and tighten an area Coral Springs seemed to seal. I would have ended up paying thousands of dollars when they lied 🤥 about needed to replace parts. FRAUDS!

We would like to respond with some facts that more clearly explain what transpired and lead to the client's complaint. The client brought in their Audi 2014 Q5 with 94,000 miles on the odometer in January 2021 with a concern of the a/c blower was not working. We determined the blower motor had failed due to age and the client authorized replacement of the needed part which we did. The client returned 6 months later on July 20, 2021 with the a/c blower again not working. Upon inspection our technician determined the cowl area was full of leaves that had accumulated causing a blockage of the water drains. Because the drains were blocked by leaves rainwater entered into the fan blower motor area causing the blower motor to fail. We provided pictures and video to the client to support our findings. The client argued that the leaves "must have been there in January" and tried to blame the dealership for her failure to keep leaves from accumulating in the cowl area which caused this failure. We offered to work with the client on the repair costs as a goodwill gesture, but the client refused our assistance and instead continue to rant about leaves that she believed were there in January saying "the leaves could not have accumulated from January to July" which we know to be inaccurate. This appears to be a client that failed to keep her vehicle clean and is blaming others for this failure. We have provided video evidence to support our diagnosis and stand by our findings.

Lies- shame on you Audi Coral Springs, Shame on you.
My car has been parked in my garage from first repair, how does the AC blower get damaged in 6 months when a car is parked in a garage. Dealership Did NOT offer to work with me, dealership continued to rant about leaves in my car. I simply called xx because those leaves had to be there from January or longer, my car has been parked in my garage during pandemic as it’s not my Only vehicle and I used the Q5 for school transportation . So again Audi Coral Springs, own your lies. You returned my car and the AC was blowing perfectly fine 🤔 .. Again, I took it to another Audi dealership to inspect and get a second opinion , Nothing was wrong, Simply own the fact you tried to squeeze a few thousand dollars off a client.. shame on you

Anthony made the entire process so easy. All I had to do was call, email my Commercial Credit App, and a few other typical documents and he took care of the rest. Did my shopping online. He knew what I wanted.
He delivered the car personally and drove away with the old one. Doesn't get any easier than that. I am very happy that I remained with Audi Coral Springs! Thank you Anthony!!
