They are not transparent and direct on all other add on prices. 3/they don’t care about your need. They just want to make money and sell their vehicle at the highest possible price. This is repeatedly indicated by their sales person. More

Called their sales on 2/25/21, asked for availability of a 2018 Sonata. Salesperson confirmed availability but refused to provide sales price inclusive of taxes and fees over the phone or by email. Told me a 2018 Sonata. Salesperson confirmed availability but refused to provide sales price inclusive of taxes and fees over the phone or by email. Told me they would only be able to provide it if I drive to them. Avoid them, they seem like an old style high pressure store. More

They simply do not honor their advertised on their web site prices on the NEW cars (which at times are much lower than MSRP). So, whatever you see online is all total BS. You call them, they tell you the site prices on the NEW cars (which at times are much lower than MSRP). So, whatever you see online is all total BS. You call them, they tell you the car is on their lot and they will honor the price. When you come to the dealership the car is there on the lot, the advertised price is there displayed on the screen in front of you on their computers but they will not sell the car to you for the price + all requires fees. Basically, you are at square one negotiating the price starting with original MSRP. The dealer lectured me that they don't have to sell the car to me for the advertised price because of small print on the site stating the price can change without a notice. Guess what? The price did not change on their web site, it did not change when you talk to them on the phone, but it did change when I walked into the dealership in person. It's like the dealership is the only place where the price is different. To save a deal I even offered to buy the car for HIGHER than advertised price but no - my offer was rejected. Now, tell me what the advertised on their web site price is? It is total BS designed to lure you onto their premises. That's all. While I agree a dealer is not under obligation to sell the car to me I find the tactics unacceptable. It all ended with time lost for both parties and bunch of negative emotions. Why does it have to be like this? Advertise a realistic price, stick to it, everyone would be happier and the chances of a deal go up dramatically. Just a thought. So, give yourself a favor - save your time and find a dealership which honors their advertised prices on the new cars. Or if you still want to try your luck - negotiate final price by phone and request signed by manager purchased contract first sent to you by email. Even then I would not bet a nickel they will honor their contract. Good luck. More

EDIT: Since I can’t respond to the manager’s reply below, I’ll add more information here. My review stays a 1 star, and I still recommend going elsewhere. I got a call from someone at the dealership, Roge I’ll add more information here. My review stays a 1 star, and I still recommend going elsewhere. I got a call from someone at the dealership, Roger De Vito. They proceeded to call me “Vince,” not once or even twice, but 4 separate times in different emails and phone calls. Couldn’t be bothered to even get my name right after I corrected them (politely) each time. I again explained I simply wanted a buyers invoice to have a breakdown of pricing. I was told again about them beating any deal, and willing to do whatever it took to earn my business. I explained again that all I needed was a buyers order and we could potentially move forward from there. I never got one despite being told I would, and just got more sleazy sales pitches and talked to like I was another target to be taken advantage of. Go somewhere that will actually respect you, and not treat you like just another idiot to be scammed on price. Back to my original review: Contacted them to purchase a 2021 Palisade Limited. Asked for a sales order invoice breaking down the final price (fees, taxes, discounts, etc.). This is a standard practice and no honest dealer would have a problem giving one so we can fairly compare pricing. Mind you, we’re comparing prices within 500 miles of us, and already explained on the phone to the sales associate that we were going with whoever gave us the best deal. Leonides Garcia, the “sales manager,” sent me an email. Said he wouldn’t give a sales invoice and would just beat any vehicle price by $500 (which I’m sure is made elsewhere in fees, etc.) and to just come in. I again told him we needed his sales invoice for the vehicle we were interested in, and I wasn’t going to travel 500+ miles on a promise of a $500 discount without a signed sales invoice. He then said it was required for him to speak to me on the phone before he would do so. I told him I wasn’t interested in any sales pitch, and just wanted his best price to compare to the 7 others I had already received. I told him if he couldn’t give me a basic sales invoice to even start negotiations with, then I would go elsewhere with my $45,000+ cash purchase. He decided that his sales pitch was more important than the actual sale, and walked away. How ironic to lose a sale because you can’t just give good, basic service instead of a sales pitch. Also tells you all you need to know about the gimmicky pricing, fees, and other snake oil they probably use in their pricing if they aren’t willing to just send over a basic sales invoice outlining their price on a vehicle. FYI: Look at the reviews on Yelp instead of the ones here that have apparently been purchased. It tells a much different, and most likely more accurate, picture of others telling similar stories.
