Roger joined the Heiser Family in January 1997 and has risen to become the seasoned veteran of our team. Since the beginning, Roger has consistently received high marks from satisfied sales customers. Perhaps his success is drawn from his strong values. Roger’s mission is to treat every customer with the utmost respect, providing the tools they need to make the right decision within the time they need. Airbag recall. I had notice of Airbag recall.When they told me they could pick up my car for this repair I took advantage of it, however; it was beyond what I expect I had notice of Airbag recall.When they told me they could pick up my car for this repair I took advantage of it, however; it was beyond what I expected. in addtion to replacing the airbags, they did a complete check, oil, tire, etc., washed car, picked it up on time and delivered it back all as scheduled. Superb work and service. More

Fabulous service-Heiser Auto Body and Toyota Dealership! Best car day ever! Martin and team at Heiser Auto Body did a fabulous job on my Sienna yesterday, following my hitting a snow bank--installed new lig Best car day ever! Martin and team at Heiser Auto Body did a fabulous job on my Sienna yesterday, following my hitting a snow bank--installed new light AND push out bumper dent in 45 minutes, not the two hours projected. Saves me big money on a new bumper! They were gracious and friendly and smiling! Then Josette at the dealership patiently took a great deal of time to get me through to the service department there, and Dana told me to come in right away, saving me an hour round trip today for my original appointment. Since I'm scheduled to drive south next week, I am exceptionally grateful! Everyone at both placews was welcoming and helpful--feel blessed to have purchased my van at Heiser and continue to benefit from their skilled and helpful staffs! More
