Roger joined the Heiser Family in January 1997 and has risen to become the seasoned veteran of our team. Since the beginning, Roger has consistently received high marks from satisfied sales customers. Perhaps his success is drawn from his strong values. Roger’s mission is to treat every customer with the utmost respect, providing the tools they need to make the right decision within the time they need. In many ways, he’s become the “go-to-guy” among our salespeople. Roger’s customers and colleagues often comment on his strong work ethic. He wants everyone he encounters to feel at ease around him. So, Roger makes sure he communicates clearly to build confidence in the job he is doing. As a result, he creates a relaxed environment in which to work and shop. Roger also has an active life outside of the Heiser Toyota sales department. He loves the outdoors and spends his free time fishing & snowmobiling. Just Leased Again from Heiser!!! This past week just leased my 4th RAV4 from Heiser Toyota, and specifically from ROGER DROUKAS, a truly PREMIER SALESPERSON. Roger has assisted me in This past week just leased my 4th RAV4 from Heiser Toyota, and specifically from ROGER DROUKAS, a truly PREMIER SALESPERSON. Roger has assisted me in leasing all four RAV's since 2011, as well as selling me a Toyota Hylander along the way. In addition, he has assisted my son in purchasing a new Toyota Camry, as well as another late-model used Toyota car. Roger is backed up by an excellent finance department, headed by Liz and her outstanding staff, as well as a service department that meets and exceeds customer needs. Obviously, I have been a well-pleased Heiser Toyota customer, over the past years. This dealership demonstrates a real TEAM effort in providing excellent service to its customers, "captained", in our experience, by Mr. Roger Droukas. Kudos to Heiser Toyota!!! More

An excellent experience . The people make all the difference I purchased a Sienna . From the first visit I was treated kindly and honestly. Roger Droukas was very explanatory and most important he listened to wh I purchased a Sienna . From the first visit I was treated kindly and honestly. Roger Droukas was very explanatory and most important he listened to what I needed. And of course the price was awesome. Roger found what I wanted and helped me thru the process. All the Toyota people realized what a big deal this was for me and made this easy. The Sienna is highly recommended by me as is this dealership! Roger went thru all the details of the van and even set up my phone Bluetooth for me ! The dealership was clean and offered snacks and drinks while I waited for my trade in to be looked at. It was a rainy day and they made sure my new vehicle was close to the door so I could take a test drive. ( thank you for that) More

Great place to buy a vehicle I bought my 2015 4 runner from Roger and I am very glad I did. I got a great deal and felt no pressure to my buy. I also bought the 7 year maintenance I bought my 2015 4 runner from Roger and I am very glad I did. I got a great deal and felt no pressure to my buy. Bought my first vehicle from Roger Droukas at Heiser Toyota! My parents have purchased a few vehicles from Roger at Heiser Toyota in the past.
