Disrespectful, rude and unhelpful, with just one exception -- our primary sales contact. As a result we went to Heiser. Roger was amazing. Respectful, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Heiser made a much more generous offer for our trade, offered a better price for the car we wanted, and made the whole process enjoyable. This was the first car that we have bought in a long time, so were really dreading the process, but we found a car that we were interested in via the USAA website and then called Heiser about it. Roger was super helpful, efficient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Although they were busy that day (it was a Saturday), they communicated with us clearly in regards to timing and we were in and out in about 4 hours, which was great. Overall, I expected this to be a painful day, so was very happy with our experiences at Heiser Toyota and would recommend them to others. More
