This was the first car that we have bought in a long time, so were really dreading the process, but we found a car that we were interested in via the USAA website and then called Heiser about it. Roger was super helpful, efficient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Although they were busy that day (it was a Saturday), they communicated with us clearly in regards to timing and we were in and out in about 4 hours, which was great. Overall, I expected this to be a painful day, so was very happy with our experiences at Heiser Toyota and would recommend them to others. More

Walk in walk out with a great used Tacoma and a smile. Roger Droukas was amazing! Told him what I wanted, four door 4x4 Tacoma with low mileage. Not only did he find the truck the same day, but the Tacoma Roger Droukas was amazing! Told him what I wanted, four door 4x4 Tacoma with low mileage. Not only did he find the truck the same day, but the Tacoma was a 2015 with 6,000 miles, never seen a winter road and was impeccably clean! They even stayed late to accommodate my wife's work schedule. After my wife and I had finished with the purchase Roger Droukas invited us to have sushi with him and his wife. Under this arrangement, for a small fee CD gives you an estimate of a good price and refers you to a dealership that will meet that price. Heiser was only one of two dealerships in the area that would match the CD price. Just as important for me was the fact that Heiser got me the car I wanted in only four weeks. For personal reasons I needed a car fast and I needed to order one.. I was a little skeptical when Roger said it would take only four weeks. since another Toyota dealership said it would take 8 to 12 weeks. Yet, Roger came through right on time I couldn't be more pleased with Heiser and my new Prius.. More
