Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Drop off and pickup were very timely. Repairs took a long time but that is understandable since a fuel tank is not a common part to replace. They are under new ownership so we were hesitant, but we were ablennto book an appointment online for the next day. Again, we were hesitant because that never happens. The only thing I would say is that when I take my Mother's car to Honda for any kind of maintenance (even if I just need them to put air in the tires) they wash and vaccuum the car. This is one of those little things that I know people really appreciate. I LOVED the video they sent me! More
