Normally service is great but this time it was worse than horrible. Minimal communication from the service advisor and the little bit of communication and follow up while my vehicle was being repaired was du horrible. And now I've incurred rental car expenses because of the service advisor's incompetence by his not sending the rental company a copy of the PO or advising that they were covering the rental. So I paid for the rental in addition to the dealership pay8nh for the rental and when I called the service advisor to rectify it numerous times it wasn't until 2+ weeks later that it was finally figured out and it took me having to initiate a conference call between him and the car rental company to begin the process of refunding the charge. A month later and I still haven't been bren refunded. I was truly on the fence about if I was going to purchase another vehicle from here after the change in ownership. Now my answer is a resounding xxxx NO! More
