After doing some research online I found out they had deals for break pads at 15% as well as the oil change . I call her right away telling her what I have found and then she decided to be nice and told me she “would take care of me” now keep in mind before I left leaving my car there, another costumer came inside and told her “thank you for taking care of me” so I guess she felt guilty and ended up giving me more discounts. Also a service of 5 hours with an appointment scheduled is outrageous, had to leave my car overnight because I could not wait any longer More
