We have always used EMICH for both of our vehicles and have been happy but this time I was a bit disappointed. I was scheduled for an alignment on Saturday 10/12/24 and when we arrived we were told there have been happy but this time I was a bit disappointed. I was scheduled for an alignment on Saturday 10/12/24 and when we arrived we were told there was not a technician available. I would of appreciated a call beforehand to be honest. We did reschedule and were told we would get a discount. We came in yesterday and had the alignment done and was given $20.00 off. I am grateful for that but I think more of a discount off would of been nice as I had to take time off work to bring my car in during the week. More
