Don was great and knew exactly how to deal with my company car program. He also was accommodating of me adding things to my appointment when there was initially only one problem, by the time of my app company car program. Joe was my first point of contact and was very helpful. He was off on the day that I went to pick up my vehicle and Matt was very helpful in locating my paperwork and getting me on my way in a timely mann He was off on the day that I went to pick up my vehicle and Matt was very helpful in locating my paperwork and getting me on my way in a timely manner. The shuttle service was a lifesaver! I didnt work with Roger this time around but the last time my vehicle was in for service, he was BEYOND helpful and very knowledgeable. He was my hero that day! I took them my truck because the steering was unresponsive. They charged me a lot of money and the steering is still the same way and I have to fight with them to see if they can order a new stee unresponsive.
