I stopped by Orange Buick GMC on Saturday to see about trading in my old car. I went looking for a specific car but it wasn't there. As I went to leave, my car battery died. Roger Menn saw me sitting outs trading in my old car. I went looking for a specific car but it wasn't there. As I went to leave, my car battery died. Roger Menn saw me sitting outside debating on calling a tow truck or a friend to come jump me and offered to give me a jump instead. After talking for a min about why I was there (he didn't know I was there to buy a car, he thought I was with someone else) we went around and looked at some other cars. He was the nicest and most friendly guy. He showed me some different choices that would fit my price range and what I needed. I ended up buying a car yesterday from Roger. Both he and Marc, the financial manager, were friendly and great to talk to. Every step of the way he was asking my opinion and making sure everything was good with me. If anyone I know ever needs a car, new or used, I'll for sure be recommending they come here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a car dealer. More

I met Roger on Friday February first looking at a used GMC Sierra 2500. I explained to him I was looking for a four door 2500 series work truck. The one I was looking at was an extended cab. He listen to what I had to say instead of pushing me towards another vehicle on the lot. We exchanged cards and he said he would keep and eye out for a good truck. The very next day he called and asked me if I could come down to the dealership and look at a truck that had just been traded in. It was exactly what I was looking for with very low mileage. We agreed on a price and he expedited the transaction. I want to thank Roger for his down to earth, regular guy mentality. It makes for a good buying experience. More
