Bought my GMC truck from Orange GMC Buick this past July and had to add a few accessories to the vehicle. As I walked in I was greeted by Roger Menn who remembered my name and the vehicle I bought almost 4 and had to add a few accessories to the vehicle. As I walked in I was greeted by Roger Menn who remembered my name and the vehicle I bought almost 4 months ago. I was pretty surprise he remembered me since my other experiences at other dealerships would forget your name once you walk out the door. Anyways, Roger was very helpful in pointing out the various accessories for the truck, no pushy salesmenship. He introduced me to Reggie at the parts department where I ordered a bedliner, mud flaps for the front and rear of the truck and railing caps to finish it off. Roger then took me back to the service department where I met Jake who remembered me from the first time I came to Orange Buick. His crew then worked on my truck and it was finished in no time. The service department's quality workmanship and attention to detail made me at ease to know that I can trust Orange Buick GMC to service my vehicle when needed. I walked in to Orange Buick GMC on Sept 10th looking for a vehicle for my wife for an Anniversary gift. Already knowing what I wanted by surfing the internet for 3 hours I had my mind set on a 2012 GMC Acad a vehicle for my wife for an Anniversary gift. Already knowing what I wanted by surfing the internet for 3 hours I had my mind set on a 2012 GMC Acadia. There was no one on the floor to greet me so I sought out the first person sitting at a desk which ended up being a sales manager. He introduced me to Roger Menn. We hit it off from the start. I broke it down to him what I wanted and NO… Ifs… ands… or buts… about it! I told him I was spontaneous and do your thing and TALK TO ME!. He got right to the nuts and bolts and showed me about 10 vehicles I liked. He asked me specific questions reference my lifestyle which was key questions I would not have brought up. He laid out the PRO’s and CON’s which most sales men are reluctant to do. There was no pressure from this guy that was a relief. I told him my Anniversary was the next day and if I made this decision I had to do it fast and quick and he was willing to go out of his way to arrange the delivery and anything else I needed to get this deal done. Roger did the paperwork breakdown and number crunching in record time. I told him I would sleep on it and come in the next day to start the final paperwork, he agreed with a simple hand shake and both agreed to meet at 12:30. That sold me and the decision was final. The next day Sept 11th I arrived an hour earlier than scheduled just to make sure the vehicle I wanted was still there on the show room floor. I advised a Sales Rep I was waiting for Roger but I’m early and excited about this vehicle. The Sales Rep assisted me with paperwork while I was waiting for Roger; other employees prepped my new vehicle. Roger was very professional and humble which made the process very comfortable and reassuring. The customer service I received from Roger will definitely bring me back to this dealership. Mission Accomplished The wife was Happy with her new vehicle! She even drove back up to the dealership to introduce herself to Roger and personal say Thank you!!!! More

I'm a first time buyer and have been to other dealerships prior to coming to Orange Buick, GMC. I could have bought from Carl Black which is 5 miles from my house to replace my Volvo XC90,but looking over t prior to coming to Orange Buick, GMC. I could have bought from Carl Black which is 5 miles from my house to replace my Volvo XC90,but looking over the Orange inventory of trucks and SUVs, Roger Menn, one of the sales representatives was very helpful in assisting my wife and I with a vehicle selection. His indepth knowledge of the product and his patience he showed while we test drove about 3-4 diffrent vehicles was outstanding. I finally made a decision to purchase the Sierra 1500, since an SUV wasn't what we needed and since we needed two cars in the household I purchased the 2012 Buick Verano in which I was very surprised as the quality of the vehicle. I met Steve, one of the sales managers that was very helpful in closing the deal and getting what my wife and I wanted. I also had an opportunity to meet Jake in the service department and Bill Murdock who were very helpful in explaining the car service process. TO THE DEALERSHIP OWNER: All and all, this was a very good transaction, my wife and I are fully satisfied. Even though the price of the vehilces was fair and reasonable, the bottom line for me to come back and continue busieness with your dealership, is Character and Integrity of your personnel. I would strongly recommend that the Owner of the dealership be more hands on with the customer, not once during my transactions did I ever see him/her. More
