Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Roger explained the additional work very clearly and even asked if I wanted to come out to my car to see where the rodent(s) built a nest. On secon Roger explained the additional work very clearly and even asked if I wanted to come out to my car to see where the rodent(s) built a nest. On second thought, after the car had been serviced, I asked Roger to see where the nest had been so that I could check and see if there was any evidence in the future of more trouble. He showed me and offered a solution to keeping rodents away, as well. It's nice to come to your service department waiting area as is it is always clean, and everyone is pleasant and welcoming.
