I have been a long time loyal customer to another Ford dealership in the area, but since my sales guy retired my loyalty was no longer there. Emailed back and forth with Jeff and laid it out that we purchase new cars pretty often and we want to deal with the same people and faces. His response was "I want to be your new dealership, I've been here for 18 years so unless I get kicked out of the family I'll be here." SOLD! We were able to finalize everything but a test drive and final trade appraisal before we came in. 30 minutes in and out for that day and picked up the next afternoon. Kevin Lavoie and Roger Tallini were also super helpful and made for the painless experience. It says something when these guys have been there for almost 15 years each.
