Amazingly Friendly and Attentive staff I was forced to purchase a new vehicle due to an accident, and I have dealt with another local Ford dealership in the past that made me hate dealershi I was forced to purchase a new vehicle due to an accident, and I have dealt with another local Ford dealership in the past that made me hate dealerships. That was until I decided to give Ford of Londonderry a shot. I looked up the new inventory online on a Friday night and found 2 vehicles that interested me. I sent the request for more information at 8:30 PM and by 8:30 the next morning Terry from the online division sent me everything I needed. we emailed back and forth that morning and decided to set up an appointment to look at the car. I arrived and Terry introduced me to Bob Morissette. Bob was on the ball with getting the keys for the vehicle and offering a test drive. I more wanted to just look at the car, since it was the same model as my last (just newer) so I knew how it drove. Having to deal with an insurance company for the payoff on my old vehicle was a pain, but Bob & Roger Tallini (and Terry Wendorf) made the entire process painless. I am proud to say the Ford of Londonderry is my dealer of choice in the area. They know how to treat a customer. More

Non Pressuring excellent experience! I inquired about the vehicle through an online third party vehicle search service. The eprice that was provided had no hidden fees and after speaking I inquired about the vehicle through an online third party vehicle search service. The eprice that was provided had no hidden fees and after speaking with Devin L'Heurex (internet Sales Coordinator) numerous times through email, I decided to take the 3hr drive to the dealership. Prior to my departure, internet sales manager Jeff Brunini reached out and informed me that the truck was still available. He answered all the questions I had and I provided him with the details of my trade in. Upon arriving t the dealership, I was greeted by Raul Pereira, who treated me very professionally and in a non-pressuring way. This non-pressuring experience led to my purchase of this new beautiful F150. This is my 5th new F150 and 8th new Ford Vehicle since 1990. Upon returning to the dealership for a test drive, he immediately pulled the car out for the test drive, He accompanied us and wanted to make sure we got it on the interstate for a higher speed ride along with the back streets of Londonderry. He had gone the extra mile by Googling the 3rd-party remote starter that came with the car and showed us how to use it. Both Bob and his manager were very transparent about the price of the vehicle and the value of our trade-in. A reasonable, low-pressure concession was made to get the price down to a point we felt comfortable with. As residents of Londonerry, we felt good buying locally and they appreciated selling locally. Our 3rd visit was to pick up the Honda which was nicely washed and detailed inside and out, and provided with a NH state inspection. The finance manager Roger was fully prepared to provide us an auto loan at a reasonable rate through a local bank that we are members of. He quickly stepped us through all documents that needed signing and clearly explained each one. All 3 people that we dealt with for our purchase congratulated us, emphasized that we contact them with if any issues or questions arise, and offered us to make use of their full service department. Ford of Londonderry is a very professional auto dealership whose emphasis is on customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them to everyone. More
