Roland Gomez was great from the moment I met him. I had plan to visit another dealership, but Roland made it hard for me to leave without buying the used Ford Explorer. This is our second time buying at Valley Honda and both experiences couldn't be better!!! Roland was awesome, we went in expecting our first salesman who helped us buy our Accord but found out he's retiri experiences couldn't be better!!! Roland was awesome, we went in expecting our first salesman who helped us buy our Accord but found out he's retiring soon and isn't in sales any longer. I felt a bit nervous because of past experiences with car salesmen, however, Roland was the perfect match. Ironically, he had the same office space as our first salesman so we sat at the exact same spot and purchased our first SUV, we got the CRV and having had it for several months I want to say how much we have been enjoying it. It was a LONG day because we went in to look at a vehicle that I saw online but wasn't interested in but as soon as Roland showed us this CRV, I knew it was meant to be, the color, style, everything was exactly what we wanted and we bought it the same day!
