Painless car buying! Our recent purchase of a 2016 Pilot was a relatively painfree experience (aside from having to pay for it....), when we first walked into Valley Honda Our recent purchase of a 2016 Pilot was a relatively painfree experience (aside from having to pay for it....), when we first walked into Valley Honda, we were promptly greeted at the front desk, met with Roland right away. During our car search, we were deflated by most car dealers approach to customers walking in, it almost seemed like we were bothering them, but NOT AT VALLEY HONDA, they were happy to see us~!~! Roland's knowledge of the Pilot, all it's features and how things actually work without having to look things up, ask someone or fumble with buttons was impressive given that it is an all new vehicle. Further, with Don Davis' help, the Valley team struck a deal with us quickly, located the vehicle in their production queue, kept us updated as to it's progress and notified us when it had arrived and was ready for us. The post purchase orientation experience was fantastic and educational. They thought of everything. More

Perfect for low pressure and good (maybe not best) price My wife and I were looking for compact SUV and were deciding between vehicles from a few different manufacturers. As others have said, our experience My wife and I were looking for compact SUV and were deciding between vehicles from a few different manufacturers. As others have said, our experience at Valley was the opposite of the typical or traditional car buying experience. Roland was 100% committed to helping us and there was never any pressure or games. He even arranged for us to have an extended test drive to help make the final decision to purchase a CR-V over other compact SUVs. Once we decided on the CR-V, I reached out to a few dealers to get quotes (in order to be fair, I had mentioned to Roland in our first meeting that I would do this if we decided on the CR-V). We ended up buying from another dealer who was able to provide a very low price. Unfortunately, Valley was not able to match it. Valley's price was pretty much dead on with the True Car Target Price. I will say that the buying experience where we bought was not the most pleasant, taking 3.5 hours even though price was already finalized. I was willing to tolerate this, though, for the very low (end of year?) price. While we didn't buy from Valley Honda, I think this is the perfect dealership for people who want a low-stress buying experience and a good (but maybe not great) price. If you're willing to put in extra effort and deal with other dealers that behave like the traditional dealers of the past, you may be able to save hundreds of dollars...at least we did. End of year could have been a factor, since we bought 12/31. More
