Roland in the service department was very helpful and has met my needs every step of the way. He has been in constant contact with me while my vehicle has been in for service. Brian Litz and Matt Zmick both met my needs every step of the way. He has been in constant contact with me while my vehicle has been in for service. I was originally very unhappy with the work completed on my vehicle at this dealership. Once Rob returned to work he rallied the service team to get my vehicle fixed the way I had expected and got everythin my vehicle at this dealership. Your Review: Very pleasant. 2012 Ford Focuses are lemons. Defective drive trains. Have driven mine only 51,000 miles. Two clutch replacements, TCM, software, sensors. Cost me $670 to have a sensor replaced 500 miles ago. Last week another sensor went bad. Mike Stoijadinov felt sorry for me. Was able to apply some type of Ford credit. This repair cost me $0. Service appointments dont mean much. Loaner car was not adequate. I dont feel we recieved quality service from the techs. Pro-active information from the service writer was non-existant. The dealership service department doesnt answer the phone or voicemails. Not a spectacular visit at all. All items were not reviewed in the five days they had our vehicle. It wasnt a big list of items. Less than five items. More
