Worst service ever experienced, period. Bunch of incompetent people and broken system running the place. Was there first thing in the morning per scheduled appointment. Later was told the car is ready to pick up in late afternoon. Arrived on time for pick up. First they lost my file/ work order and staff running around looking totally lost. After 20 min they finally find the paperwork but I was told nothing being done to it at all. Give me the excuse that the shop is so back-up blah blah blah..... and not even apologize for it. So I am wasting almost the whole day without my car and got nothing done. Totallly unacceptable! More

I have sent my daughter and two sisters to Tony to lease their cars at different times and they too have agreed when buying or leasing they only want to work with Tony. She is prompt and responsive to texts and phone calls and takes great care of you while you are at the dealership. I really didn't think I was going to be able to get the car I wanted because of my budget, but Lexy worked hard on my behalf and I was able to get a great car! Terry in Finance was so considerate and caring, which made the paperwork part of the transaction a whole lot less annoying! :) Roland in service is one of Nielsen's best kept secrets. He takes customer service very seriously and there is nothing he won't do to ensure you have a pleasant experience and your service needs are met. I highly recommend Nielsen to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Keep up the good work guys! More

Roland Maecha in service was patient, attentive and professional each and every time I bought my 2015 Jeep in for service.This is a vehicle that I experienced transmission problems with as a drove it home brand new and was eventually involved in a national recall.Nielsen service and Roland were great and eventually resolved the problem.At the end of the lease for this vehicle, Joe Alfano went out of his way to accommodate me and facillitated the return of this vehicle at the end of the lease through Nielsen even though they were not the dealer or origin. I even got a ride home! Great dealership, because they know how to do customer service.I highly recommend it to anyone shopping for a Chrysler. More
