I chose to wait during the work (oil change, tire rotation, recall work on the entertainment system). I'm please with the work they did but there were a couple issues. First the courtesy shuttle really needs to slow down in the parking lot, the guy nearly took my door off as he sped through the drop off area. Second the free wifi in the customer waiting area is dreadfully slow - my cell service was faster and we're talking AT&T here. More
