Since I've always received great service from Nielsen's service department, I thought I'd take a stroll across the lot to Nielsen's sale floor to see if this extended to their sales team - I was in for a very pleasant surprise... While everyone I met on Nielsen's sales floor was extremely friendly & helpful, I had the pleasure of working directly with Chris Schagelin in purchasing my new vehicle. Chris really made the purchasing process a pleasure, taking the time to truly understand what I was looking for, and working hard helping me get the vehicle that I wanted at a great price. I will be recommending Chris & Nielsen sales highly based on my experience. clearly Nielsen's staff (from showroom to service) care about their customers. More

He made sure that everything required for my truck was checked including things that I didn't even know needed to be checked and updated, then I asked for the truck to be washed, waxed and polished and he even provided me with a coupon for a discount... Great service for my Grand Cherokee Overland. More

Wait time My only complaint is the "wait" time. My husband always serviced our vehicles, but now that he is older we have it serviced. He said an oil change is My only complaint is the "wait" time. My husband always serviced our vehicles, but now that he is older we have it serviced. He said an oil change is around a 15 minute job. Every time I make the appointment I arrive on time. But, my problem is I'm there for no less than an hour and this last time it was an hour and half. We are from Hopatcong and there is no way for me to have someone drop me off and pick me up. We have never had our car serviced anywhere else, the oil change has been done at Nielson Dodge every since we bought the car March of 2010. More
