Been going to Nielsen Jeep for years now having had several Jeep products. The service department, headed up by the manager , Roland is great. When I come in to the shop, he comes out of his office( if several Jeep products. The service department, headed up by the manager , Roland is great. When I come in to the shop, he comes out of his office( if he’s not already) and greets by name. The associate, Mona, was helpful when I checked in and kept me posted on the work in progress as there were several issues. Mona went over my final bill with me and explained what was done. She recommended 2 items that needed attention and I approved the work… Finally, the name Allen (?) appeared on the statement as the mechanic who performed the work and I’m very satisfied…The car was returned to me in very clean condition….PS.. I had an issue with the condition of a full hood decal that came with the vehicle. Manny, manager of the body shop, made arrangements to have that addressed and replaced and it looks great….. many thanks to all mentioned in my post. Lance Morrow, Summit, NJ More
