I went to Nielsen after having taken my truck to another dealership and a repair shop that both told me they couldn’t find anything wrong. Not only did Nielsen find what was wrong, they fixed it quickly and dealership and a repair shop that both told me they couldn’t find anything wrong. Not only did Nielsen find what was wrong, they fixed it quickly and didn’t give me the runaround like most dealerships seem to do nowadays. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase the truck from Nielsen to begin with. In particular I’d like to mention Roland, don’t know his last name, who arranged the service for me. Top notch and professional to say the least. Because of him I’ll surely be going to Nielsen when I purchase my next vehicle. More

The problem is you call and make an appointment three weeks in advance then you gotta wait another week for parts and then the parts come in damaged and that’s another week and you refuse to give me a re weeks in advance then you gotta wait another week for parts and then the parts come in damaged and that’s another week and you refuse to give me a rental car and that’s not my fault that you can’t stock parts for my vehicle !
