My new google system was glitching and my update wasn’t available yet to do on my own. I called the dealership and let them know my car was having issues. They got me in right away and fixed the issues and available yet to do on my own. I called the dealership and let them know my car was having issues. They got me in right away and fixed the issues and gave me the latest software update. Part of the new update is displaying the navigation in the center, somewhat the same as my 2021 Pre-google car. I love the new update and my new car. Thank you David and Rudy for always taking care of my car. More

I am usually not a fan of the dealership experience, and as a result have used a broker for my last 6 vehicles. This time I worked directly with Michael, and the truly pain-free and enjoyable process restor as a result have used a broker for my last 6 vehicles. Michael did a good job walking me through the process of buying the car. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated that there was no high pressure scenario that wa buying the car. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated that there was no high pressure scenario that was created out of nowhere. It felt civil, professional and ultimately helpful. When it came to financing it was done easily and with much less paper work than I had anticipated. It's apparent that this dealership is striving for next level service and professionalism. Truth be told, I could have gone to any Volvo dealership in Southern California, but I chose them based on reviews. I had high expectations, and I went in having done a lot of research. They were gracious and helpful. I ordered an EV online and it took two months to arrive, no fault of the dealership. Unfortunately when I went to drive the car off the lot there was a procedure that was meant to be performed on the car that hadn't taken place yet so the car wouldn't accelerate more than 25 miles per hour. They resolved the issue immediately. More
