He and Arlene went above and beyond with notifying me when they would get the model I wanted. With each visit, everyone is always so friendly and helpful and they make it fun - Bryant, Ceret and others. Kervin spent lots of time patiently test-driving with me and when I purchased the one that is comfortable for me, he explained with ease how to manage the new technology. Roman helped with all the paperwork. This is a wonderful place to go as they all have a great sense of humor on top of their great knowledge. More

After purchasing a certified pre-owned Volvo, I was promised a second key (apparently that’s a guarantee with CPOs). However, they did not have one bit promised to mail me one. I said I live hours away promised a second key (apparently that’s a guarantee with CPOs). However, they did not have one bit promised to mail me one. I said I live hours away, are you sure? The salesman said, “no problem. I’ll mail it tomorrow.” Weeks go by with no key. I made various attempts to contact them via text, phone, and email, and after two weeks, had the key mailed.The dealership finally mailed it out. However, it was blank and needed to be programmed. I calmly got in touch again, and asked why it wasn’t given/programmed when I was there. I received no response other than to visit my closest Volvo and they would reimburse me. I asked if they could simply pay the closer dealership, but they refused. After scheduling an appointment with Westlake Village Volvo, which is much nicer and more friendly, I emailed the general manager Khristopher Garwick the invoice for reimbursement. No response. I follow up a week later. No response. I email the finance department. No response. I email the business office. No response. It’s been a month. Terrible experience and I’ll be reviewing on every platform possible. Small claims court here we come. More

The physical dealership was pretty much like any other dealership but what made the experience exceptional was the service. Super easy to set up a test drive of the specific vehicle I was looking for to r dealership but what made the experience exceptional was the service. Super easy to set up a test drive of the specific vehicle I was looking for to reserving the car. Sales (Amy) took are of the reservation and then had the vehicle ready for purchase. My trade-in amount was what I was expecting and the financing was super easy. I spent less than 3 hours from test drive to driving off the lot with my new vehicle. Exceptional. Thank You! More
